These terms govern your use of parkandclark.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

This store is operated by Park & Clark LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Park & Clark LLC.

Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to make a purchase. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

Products and made-to-order fulfillment

Every item is produced after you order it. Because of that, orders enter production quickly and can't reliably be changed or canceled once production starts. Email us right away if you need to change an order and we'll do what we can.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order.

Colors and product images

Product images and mockups are representations. Screens display color differently than ink sits on fabric or thread stitches into it, so some variation between the image and the item you receive is expected and isn't a defect. Garment-dyed items also vary slightly from piece to piece by nature of the dye process.

Pricing and errors

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to keep product information accurate, but occasionally something on the site may contain a typographical error or inaccuracy. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel an order placed on incorrect information, refunding you in full.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered in our return policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and copy on this site are the property of Park & Clark LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers for production, fulfillment, and payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Park & Clark LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect.
