Returns & refunds
Every Park & Clark piece is printed or embroidered after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you, which is why returns work a little differently here.
Measure twice, order once
Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges aren't available for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of heart. Every listing has a size chart with garment measurements in inches. Hold it up against a shirt you already like the fit of. That beats going by your usual size, since fits vary from one blank to the next.
If it arrives wrong, it gets fixed
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, including the wrong design, wrong placement, wrong colors, or the wrong item, email support@parkandclark.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. If several items with the same design are affected, one photo showing all of them together is enough.
You'll get a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. No need to send anything back.
Lost packages
If your package never shows up, email within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, a replacement gets printed and shipped at no cost to you.
If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, and your local post office. Packages the carrier marks as delivered can't be replaced.
Wrong or incomplete address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was incomplete or incorrect, email within 30 days with the right one and it can be reshipped. The cost of shipping it again is on you. Returned packages that aren't claimed within 30 days are donated to charity and can't be reshipped.
What isn't a defect
A few things come with how these products are made:
- Garment-dyed color variation. Garment-dyed pieces vary slightly from one to the next. That's the dye, and it's part of why the color looks the way it does.
- Embroidery variation. Embroidery is stitched thread, not printed ink. Small differences in stitch direction and density from piece to piece come with the method.
- Folds and creases on arrival. Packaging creases usually relax after the first wash. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low.
- Screen-to-fabric color difference. Screens show color differently than ink or thread on fabric, so some difference from the product photos is expected.
Changes and cancellations
Production starts soon after checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, email right away. Once an item is in production, it may be too late to stop it.
