Shipping policy

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. There's no minimum.

Every Park & Clark piece is made after you order it, so there are two stages to the timeline: production, then transit.

Production time

Printed items are typically produced in 2–5 business days. Embroidered items take longer — each design is converted to a stitch file before it can be sewn, which adds up to 36 hours before production begins.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Both apply to every order.

Transit time

Orders arrive 3–7 business days after production.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Split shipments

Orders with multiple items are sometimes produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages on different days. You're not charged extra for this.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can refund the price of the item, but we can't cover the cost of shipping it again.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can push delivery past these estimates. If your tracking hasn't moved in a week, email support@parkandclark.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
